With all the advances in medicine and technology taken into consideration that sounds pretty good. Based off of advertisements presented by insurance agencies 1 in 4 Americans will develop some form of cancer by the age of 65. If we have medicine, food, vaccines and a country that protects us and has our best interest, why these numbers.
The average age of life expectancy for a African American is 63.8 yrs. That’s with the same medicine and technology “available “. If you think about the culture and the way we eat, you realize that our eating habits are the major difference. Not considering resources and availability our diets consist of a lot of processed foods, saturated fats, processed sugars and meats that are high in saturated and trans fats.

Exercise is the best size! Coming from someone who used to consider exercise as walking to and from the car, I understand. It takes a lot of self discipline to commit to exercise but if you do it can be very rewarding. It would surprise you the amount of exercise you can get away with and reap the benefits. Its said that just 30 mins of walking a day increases

cardiovascular fitness, strengthens bones, reduces excess body fat and boost muscle power and endurance. There are 5 main types of exercise that you can benefit from doing just 1-2 days a week.
Strength training- 30 mins 2 days a week
Aerobic training-20 mins 3 days a week
Balance and stability- 90-120 mins a week
Coordination and agility- 15-20 mins 4 days a week
Flexibility and mobility-20-30 mins 3 days a week
Picking one of these exercises prevents falls, increases energy and helps prevent muscle and joint stiffness in old age. Ever wondered about those people who get up and run in the morning? Running or walking in the morning gives you more energy throughout the day then morning coffee.

Career Modifications
When last we spoke, we discussed taking time each day to plan, implement and progress in making what you love monetary and working for yourself. Today we are going to talk about a important step in that process. You must speak what you believe to make it so. People in positions of power have already learned about speaking life into their ideas and how it makes things progress. There more you speak a goal or idea out loud, the more it becomes real to not only you but the people around you as well. When the people you surround yourself with know and hear what you are doing and making to happen, they will subconsciously be alert to any resources they encounter that will help you proceed with your plans. Having a team always get things done faster and more efficiently. Speak life into your plans, projects and goals every day! Make them real not only to yourself but to your network.
As always, continue to move excellently UNDEFEATED!
